In terms of section 3 of the Road Accident Fund (Transitional Provisions) Act, 2012 (Act No. 15 of 2012) I hereby determine the 13th February 2013 as the date on which the Road Accident Fund (Transitional Provisions) Act, 2012(Act No. 15 of 2012) shall come into operation.
