I, Mosebenzi Joseph Zwane, MP, Minister of Mineral Resources, hereby in terms of section 100 (2) of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 28 of 2002), as amended, publish the Reviewed Broad Based Black -Economic Empowerment Charter for the South African Mining and Minerals Industry, 2016 (Reviewed Mining Charter, 2017) for implementation. The Reviewed Mining Charter shall come into operation from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
