Please receive the attached invite to the launch of the Gauteng Youth in Property Association (YIPA) gala dinner to be held this evening at the University of the Witwatersrand at 18:30 - 21:00. Public Works Minister, Nkosinathi Nhleko will deliver the keynote address at the event.

YIPA is a youth managed and driven organisation aimed at representing, protecting and advancing the interests of its members though Education, Entrepreneurship, Enterprise Development, Employment and Networking.

Some of the key issues to be discussed include amongst others:
1. Educational seminar provided by experienced property professionals was recently been appointed onto the Property Sector Charter Council and Board;
2. Transformation of the property sector
3. Addressing the skewed racial and gender demographics through ownership, control and participation.
