In terms of section 7(5)(a) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (promulgated
under Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), 1 hereby, on the advice of the Minister for Public
Service and Administration, amend Schedule 1 to the said Act. by the deletion in Columns
1 and 2, of the words "Department of Performance, Monitoring and Evaluation" and
"Director- General: Performance, Monitoring and Evaluation" and "Department of Water
Affairs ", "Director- General: Water Affairs" and "Department of Women, Children and People with Disabilities" and "Director- General: Women. Children and People with Disabilities" respectively.
