I, Pravin J Gordhan, Minister of Finance, in terms of section 47, read with section 48, of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), hereby mend Schedule 3 Part B of the Public Finance Management Act by removing Khula Enterprises Finance Limited.
