Council today discussed the implementation of the Wage Agreement – PSCBC Resolution 02 of 2015 (Agreement on salary adjustments and improvements on conditions of service in the Public Service for the period 2015/16-2017/18) .We are in a process of clarification of specific provisions of the agreement and therefore the implementation of the salary increases for Public Servants may be delayed. We will however keep our membership up to date as and when we resolve the issues around interpretation. We ask for indulgence as to allow us to ensure the correct implementation of the agreement.
