I, Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma, President of the Republic of South Africa, hereby, terms of section 25 of the Protection of Constitutional Democracy against Terrorist and Related Activities Act, 2004 (Act No 33 of 2004), give notice that the Security Council of the United Nations, under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, has amended the  information reflected in the Annexure in respect of entities which have been identified as being-
