I, Advocate Ngoako Ramatlhodi MP, Minister of Mineral Resources after consultation with the South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator in terms of section 23 (1) of the Precious Metals Act (Act No. 37 of 2005) hereby make the regulations in the schedule.
