The Minister of Energy has under Section 2 (1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977) made the Regulations set out in the Schedule.This Schedule substitutes the Schedule promulgated in Regulation No.R1351 of 05 December 2017.
