The Minister of Energy in concurrence with the Minister of Finance has approved the budget and levies for the petroleum pipelines industry in terms of section 2(4) of the Petroleum Pipelines Levies Act, 2004 (Act No. 28 of 2004) as proposed by the National Energy Regulator for the 2017.18 financial year.
