In this edition of the Peace and Security Council Report our researchers in Dakar and Addis Ababa have produced a country analysis on Egypt, an open page article on the Brussels New Deal Conference on Somalia and a mission analysis focusing on the African-led International Support Mission to the Central African Republic (AFISM-CAR) known in French as Mission internationale de soutien à la Centrafrique sous conduite Africaine (MISCA).
