Pan Africanist Congress of Azania (PAC) note and welcome the decision of the minister to deny a killer, Walus, a parole. There are many reasons why we strobgly believe that Cde Masutha is spot on, Janusz Waluz's action symbolises that of a high ranking criminal and has got little to do with politics.

We are not going to thank Michael Masutha for his decision, any sober and serious person would have done that. We cannot thank fish for swimming. Killer belongs to prison with their fellow killers, after prison they meet their death where God may forward them to hell or heaven if they are fortunate enough.

PAC is still calling for the release of all its freedom fighters. PAC have received a hostile treatment since the dark days of Apartheid wherein Robben Island was crowded by Poqo/APLA forces as well as dragged to Gallows for death sentences. PAC continue to suffer under the pseudo-democratic dispensation.

Chris Hani's killer should never receive a heroic treatment but should be treated as a mere criminal who have no conscience for African life. The governmnet through Cde Masutha's department should be directing this attention to APLA cadres who fought for freedom that we enjoy today and not killers who should be kept away from our people.
