PAC in the Eastern Cape is marching to Fort Hare to demand and "instruct" that the institution be rightfully renamed after Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe because it is the right thing to do. The evidence is in the surface, this is a great man who led leaders like Robert Mugabe, Prince Buthelezi, Mandela, Sisulu and many others as the SRC president, ANCYL national secretary, lecturer, editor, PAC president and many other ranks.

It cannot be true that even people with education-phobia, people who never even pursuit tertiary education be awarded honour on the basis of their political allegiance. Individuals should be given honour on the basis of merit, on the role and achievement they have had in fighting for a noblest cause on earth, a liberation of mankind.

The history and the legacy we have left is definitely written with blood and therefore no amount of lies will be able to erase that thick blood of Sharpeville to Langa, Morrocco to Madagasscar, Cape to Cairo, Marikana to Life Esidimeni.

We also want to thank the IFP, ACDP, IFP and UDM for showing a great solidarity in commemorating this great martyr, We want to see more organisations comi9ng forth and commemorating Robert Sobukwe because we believe that Sobukwe was a modern thinker, a philosopher who is the embodiment of Africanism.

Members of the PAC continue to pay tribute in their social media platforms, they all echoing Long Live Sobukwe Long Live, Remember Afrika.
