Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa strengthens team with three senior appointments

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright continues to strengthen its teams with three senior appointments. They will be based in the Johannesburg office.
 
Isla Swart has returned to the firm as director in the general counsel and compliance team. Isla has extensive knowledge in conflict clearance, FICA and other anti-money-laundering legislation.
 
Mike McLaren has joined as director in banking and finance. He brings significant experience in banking and financial regulatory transactions and advisory work. Mike specialises in corporate, commercial and finance transactional work, real-estate finance and debt restructurings locally and across Africa.
 
Lynn Roux has been appointed head of human resources. For over a decade, Lynn has occupied senior leadership positions across the financial and professional services and legal industries. Lynn is a registered Chartered HR Professional with the South African Board of People Practices.
