Norton Rose Fulbright announces two new appointments

Global legal practice, Norton Rose Fulbright, is delighted to announce that Thato Seroto and Mark Griffiths have joined the South African practice.

Thato Seroto re-joins Norton Rose Fulbright as a director in our commercial team and will focus on
mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance transactions, black economic empowerment deals and exchange control matters. Thato worked on a number of significant deals in Africa in the period he was in-house counsel at the Industrial Development Corporation.

Mark Griffith joins Norton Rose Fulbright’s antitrust and competition team as director.  Mark will focus on the team's regulatory and Africa practice including in the COMESA states which have rigorous competition laws. He has invaluable proficiency in banking regulation, particularly relating to the payments system.
