North West Government commemorates World AIDS Day in Motlhabeng village, 1 Dec

The North West Province will on 01 December join the rest of the world in commemorating World AIDS Day.

Premier Supra Mahumapelo together Members of Executive Council will lead the commemoration to be staged at Motlhabeng village, Mahikeng.

South Africa has the biggest HIV treatment programme in the world, with more than three million people on life saving antiretrovirals.

The theme for World AIDS Day is ‘Rise. Act. Protect.’
