“I, BOMO EDITH EDNA MOLEWA, in my capacity as the Minister of Water and Environmental” “Affairs, have decided to extend the time period of general authorisations relating to sub-section” “21(j) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No 36 of 1998, as published in section 3 of the Schedule to Notice 399 and the time period for the General Authorisations relating to sub section 21(e), 21(f), 21(g) and 21(h) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No 36 of 1998), as published in the Government Notice of March 2004, for a further period until 3 September 2013, subject to change due to a change of any legislation regarding water use authorisation.”
