The Minister of Transport, in terms of section 75(6) of the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996), do hereby  publish for comments the fess in the schedule as the fees payable for the operation on the public road of an abnormal vehicle and the conveyance of an abnormal load.
