| S'busiso Joel Ndebele, Minister of Transport, acting in terms of Sections 75 read with regulation 101 of the National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000 under the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996), hereby extends the period of validity of a learners license from 18 months to 24 months. |
