The Minister of Transport, Dikobe Ben Martins, do hereby publish the following Model Documents for public comment in terms of section 8(2) read with section 8(1 )(u) and section 42(6) of the National Land Transport Act, 2009 (Act No. 5 of 2009) ("the Act").
