By virtue of the powers vested in the South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) in terms of Section 27 (5) of the National Heritage Resources Act no 25 of 1999, SAHRA hereby declares the ZK Matthews House, Alice, Eastern Cape and the Old Fort, Christian Union Hall, HMS Building (The Old Dining Hall), Stuart Hall And Freedom Square, part of the Alice Campus of The University of Fort Hare, Alice, Eastern Cape, South Africa as a
serial declaration as National Heritage Sites.
