I, Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby declare irtue of the powers vested in me by section 20(1)(a)(ii) of the National Environemental Management: Protected Areas Act, 2003 (Act No.57 of 2003) the properties listed in the schedule as part of the West Coast National Park.
