I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby publish the Dumping at Sea Regulations  in  terms of sections 83(1)
(g), (h), (k) and (r) of  the  National  Environmental Management: Integrated  Coastal  Management  Act,  2008  (Act  No.  24  of  2008) as  set  out  in the Schedule hereto.
