I, Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby , in terms of section 43(3) read woth section 43(1) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), publish the approved Biodiversity Management Plan for Pickersgill's Reed Frog (Hyperolius Pickergilli) in the Schedule hereto, for implementation.
