I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of the declaration, under section 33(1)(b) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No.10 of 2004), of the property specified as Erf No. 5562, situated in the Overstrand Municipality, Western Cape Province as an extension to the existing Harold Porter National Botanical Garden.
