I, Bomo Edna Edith Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby under section 24H of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998) and Regulation 9 of the section 24H Registration Authority Regulations, 2016, published under Government Notice No. 849, Gazette No. 40154 on 22 July 2016, approve the levying of fees for application for registration, lodging of appeals and annual fees for registered candidate environmental assessment practitioners and registered environmental assessment practitioners, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
