I, Barno Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention, under section 21 of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No.107 of 1998), to establish accreditation standards for a panel of environmental mediators set out in the Schedule hereto.
