I,Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, hereby, in terms of section 3(4)(l) of the National Education Policy Act,196(ActNo.27of196),and after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers, aprove the amendment of the Regulations Pertaining to the National Curiculum Statement Grades R-12, promulgated as Government Notice 14 in Governmen tGazete No.36041 of 28 December 2012 as set out in the Schedule.(Gazette 38590, Notice R236)
