National Education Policy Act (27/1996): Implementation of the recommendations of the Task Team appointed to review the implementation of the National Curriculum Statement Grades R-12 (Gazette No. 32836 – Notice 1227)
Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, with the concurrence of the Council of Education Ministers and in terms of Sections 3(4)(l) of the National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996), hereby approves the following recommendations and associated timelines of the Task Team appointed by her with the aim of reviewing the implementation of the National Curriculum Statement Grades R-12.
