I, Dr Rob davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, pursuant to the Cabinet decision on the "Removal of Adverse Credit Information Project", intend to issue a notice that will give effect to the removal of adverse credit information. The public is invited to submit their comments within a period of thirty (30) days after the date of publication of the notice.
