The Member of the Mayoral Committee for Public Safety in the City of Johannesburg, Cllr Mgcini Tshwaku, and the City’s Disaster Management Unit will host a Flood Preparedness and Clean-up campaign on Friday, 08 December 2023, at Stjwetla Informal Settlement in Alexandra, Region E

The purpose of this campaign is to educate and prepare the community of Alexandra for potential floods and clean along the banks of the Jukskei River to improve water flow.
