On Saturday, 19 April 2014 The Deputy Minister Of Communications, Ms Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams Will Handover Openview HD Satellite Installations At Poor Households In Duncan Village, Outside East London. The Installations Which Will Be Completed At Five Households, Have Been Sponsored By Platco Digital. The Deputy Minister will further handover ten tablets to Inkonzo Yesiseko Sabapostile Nabaprofeti leadership. The tablets are sponsored by Huawei with internet connectivity by IT Master.

These interventions will see some community members owning a television set for the very first time in their lives as such addressing the need to ensure that South Africa moves towards universal access to broadcasting services. The church and community in this rural area will further be uplifted through access to information and communication services.
