Minister Ramatlhodi to handover Multimedia Centres in the Eastern Cape

The Minister for Public Service and Administration Adv. Ngoako Ramatlhodi accompanied by the Eastern Cape Premier Mr Phumulo Masualle, the OR Tambo District Municipality Executive Mayor, Ms Nomakhosazana Meth, King Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality Mayor Mr Dumani Zozo and the (CPSI) Executive Director Ms Thuli Radebe in partnership with MTN Foundation, invite members of the media to attend the handover of the Multi-media Computer Laboratories.

These Multi-media Computer Laboratories provide unique learning environment for learners and also educators, complementing other learning resources in these schools, using the approved curriculum.

The Centre for Public Service Innovation (CPSI), a government component within the Ministry of Public Service and Administration Portfolio. It is mandated to drive and entrench the culture and practice of innovation in the public sector to improve service delivery. The CPSI partnered with MTN SA to support this innovative initiative. Through this partnership, the CPSI facilitated the establishment of Multi-Media Computer Laboratories in three high schools (St Johns College, Ngwayibanjwa and Dalindyebo) in the OR Tambo District Municipality, uMthatha Education District.
