Minister in the Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Chairperson of the National Planning Commission, Jeff Radebe will deliver a eulogy at the funeral service of the late Gloria Sheli Salakuphathwa, the wife of Chief Zanenkululeko Salakuphathwa.
