Minister Nzimande to host a team to represent SA at the World Skills International Competition

The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande, MP, will host an official send-off ceremony for South Africa’s team of 22 Competitors that will be participating at the World Skills International Competition in Abu Dhabi (14 – 19 October 2017), at The Lakes Hotel in Benoni, in Gauteng Province on Friday, 29 September 2017.

Team SA is made up of young artisans and technicians selected from TVET Colleges, Universities of Technology and Private companies.

They will be showcasing their skills against 1282 Competitors from 77 countries.
