MINISTER NOSIVIWE MAPISA-NQAKULA TO MEET CONSTITUENTS TO DISCUSS PEACEFUL CO-EXISTENCE BETWEEN SOUTH AFRICANS AND NON-SOUTH AFRICANS

As part of her constituency work, Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Honourable Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula MP, will host a consultative meeting with stakeholders to discuss the recent spate of attacks on foreigners living in South Africa.
The visit is in line with government's efforts to quell violence and animosity directed at foreign nationals living in South Africa; with the promotion of peaceful co-existence and harmony between South Africans and non-South Africans topping the agenda. Furthermore, Minister Mapisa-Nqakula hopes the meeting with help cement the foundation for long-term mutual acceptance, understanding and co-operation among citizens and foreigners.
