The Minister of Mineral Resources, Advocate Ngoako Ramatlhodi joined by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr Rob Davies will on Tuesday, 10 February 2015 officially welcome delegates to the annual Africa Mining Indaba in Cape Town.
