The Minister of Mineral Resources, Mr Gwede Mantashe will tomorrow deliver the Department's 2018/19 budget vote speech before the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) plenary sitting. This follows the successful maiden address by the Minister before the National Assembly in May this year.
