The Minister of Home Affairs, Malusi Gigaba, will on Sunday, 22 April 2018 launch the “War on Queues” Campaign as part of efforts to ensure that clients who visit Home Affairs offices are served in a dignified manner.

Recently, Minister Gigaba directed the department to prepare a comprehensive report and strategy on managing long queues at Home Affairs offices across the country. On Sunday, he will unpack details of the strategy.
