The Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr Rob Davies will address the two days second Annual Manufacturing Indaba under the theme “Growing South African Manufacturing”

After delivering his speech Minister Davies will address a media briefing at 11:00 jointly with the Executive Mayor of Ekurhuleni: Cllr Mondli Gungubele and members of the Manufacturing Circle.

The Manufacturing Indaba will provide a platform to highlight challenges and issues that are currently impacting the South African manufacturing industry. It, also seeks innovative ideas to create local market attractiveness and move the industry forward over the next five years.

The aim of the conference is also to boost the growth potential of key manufacturing industry sectors, to provide a platform for informative and interactive sessions with the prime movers of the nation’s manufacturing sectors.
