Minister Bathabile Dlamini engages with various communities and stakeholders during Women Month

Minister in the Presidency responsible for Women, Bathabile Dlamini will visit and engage with various communities and stakeholders such as the Faith Based Organisations, gender activists, the NGOs, youth formations, traditional leaders and business sector to create awareness on issues of Gender Base Violence.

The Minister will use these engagements to solicit partnership and galvanise society to take a stand against Gender-Based Violence.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 1st of August 2018, Minister Dlamini will join the Young Women’s march in Johannesburg. The march is part of the many campaign which are aimed at ending Gender Based Violence in our country.

The Minister will use the platform to observe the national moment of silence and to also encourage men to take responsibility and pledge for the fight against violence against women.

Minister Dlamini will also join the congregation of Church of England to pray for the victims of gender-based violence.
