I, Ms Susan Shababgu, MP, Minister of Mineral Resources, hereby give notice of my intention to make Technical Regulations for Petroleum Exploration and Exploitation under section 107 (1) of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 22 of 2002), as set out in the Schedule hereto.
