The Young Communist League of South African [uFasimba] will be holding its 5th National Congress from the 6th to the 9th December 2018, at Forthare University, Alice Campus, in the Eastern Cape.

The National Congress is the highest decision making body of the YCLSA and elects a new National Committee. The National Congress will assess the work of the organisation since December 2014 and map a way forward until December 2022. The National Congress will be attended delegates of the organisation from Branches, Districts, Provinces and the National Committee.

The National Congress will be addressed by the tripartite alliance leaders [ANC, SACP and COSATU], the Progressive Youth Alliance [ANCYL, COSAS and SASCO] and international fraternal organisations.

The 5th National Congress is scheduled as follows:

Venue: University of Forthare, Alice, Eastern Cape.

Date: December 6 until December 9, 2018.
