MEC Robin Carlisle launches Easter operational plan

MEC of Transport and Public Works, Robin Carlisle, Safely Home, and Department’s Provincial Traffic Law Enforcement, will be launching the Easter 2014 Provincial Traffic Operational Plan.

The plan will outline the focus areas, over this upcoming Easter weekend, in ensuring that the many people that will be taking to the roads over this period do so safely, and most importantly, arrive Safely Home.

As part of the launch, MEC Carlisle will join Provincial Traffic Services and other law enforcement partners, in a road block operation, and will interact with motorists on matters relating to road safety.

All media are invited and welcome to attend. There will be opportunity for interviews and photographs.
