MEC Albert Fritz will address the launch of the Cape Town Drug Counselling Centre’s new site in Mitchells Plain.

The new centre is funded by the Department of Social Development (DSD) and will greatly increase the capacity to render much needed drug treatment and counselling services in the Mitchells Plain and surrounding areas. MEC Fritz will be joined by Cape Town Mayor, Patricia de Lille, for the cutting of the ribbon.

There will be an opportunity for photos and interviews.

Time: 10h00 community & facility walkabout, with MEC’s address scheduled for 11h15, and ribbon cutting to commence at 11h30.
