Tomorrow, the Western Cape MEC of Social Development, Adv. Albert Fritz, will address the launch of a new residential wing at the Saartjie Bartman Centre in Mannenberg.

The new wing will render shelter services for abused women, and will provide specialised substance abuse treatment interventions.

There will be an opportunity for photos and interviews.
