I, Tshililo Michael Masutha, Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, acting under section 2(1)(h) and (i) of the Magistrates Courts Act, 1994 (Act No.32 of 1994), hereby, with effect from 3 July 2017, amend Government Notice No. 962 of 28 November 2014, by the substitution in Schedule 1 for the description of "Mogale City" as a place which is appointed for holding of a court, of the following description:
