The National Forum for thr Legal Prefession ("the National Forum") a transitional body established in terms of Chapter 10 of the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014 ("the Act"), hereby publishes the draft Rules required by sections 95(1), 95(3) and 109(2)(a) of the Act for comment.
