The Joint Constitutional Review will tomorrow, Thursday, 20 September, consider a draft report on the provincial public hearings on a possible review of Section 25 of the Constitution to make it possible to expropriate land without compensation in the public interest. It will also consider a draft report on the oral presentations of submissions received on the review and receive a presentation from the service provider of the report on the written submissions.
