| Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act: Extension of application of provisions of Act: 31 December 2011 (Gazette No. 33482 – Notice 745) | |
| Whereas the application of the provisions of the Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act, 1996 (Act No. 31 of 1996), will expire on 31 December 2010, Gugile Nkwinti, Minister for Rural Development and Land Reform, under section 5(2) of the said Act, hereby extends the application of the provisions of the said Act for a further period of 12 months ending on 31 December 2011. |
